Convinced that design can define how a property is perceived and valued, Félix Emmanuel Régol-Péloquin created NOT_STAGING to offer a new model of property enhancement, one that combines creative direction and market insight. He also works with real estate developers to advise them on best design practices and deliver fully furnished, ready-to-market interiors that accelerate sales and are fit to the most discerning international buyers. He also built a network of professionals that help foreign investors relocate or buy property in Paris, for a seamless acquisition.

Félix is a Montreal-born decorator whose career bridges design, real estate, and visual storytelling. Raised by a mother who worked as a film set decorator and one of Montreal’s first home stagers, Félix grew up surrounded by spaces that told stories. After an early career in real estate, he moved to Paris, where he worked as a high-end concierge specialized in property management and met the precision and craftsmanship of French design. His North American perspective and understanding of the market naturally led him to one idea: to reinvent the concept of home staging in France.
